Tomáš Stránský has held the post of Financial Director since 2008, and the role of Member of the Board since 2011. He joined the company in 2004 as the Chief Finance Controller from Ernst&Young.

David Šaroch joined the company in 2001 as Head of Regional Sales. From 2003, he worked as Director of Magazine Advertising, and in subsequent years also as director for newspapers and on-line content. He continued in his role following acquisition of part of Mladá fronta’s portfolio in 2016. From 2019 with company growth leading to the sales position being split into two specialisations, he holds the role of Sales Director for Print and Events.

Michal Heisig has been On-Line Advertising Director since 2019. He has specialised in selling on-line advertising since 2002. He worked for Český Telecom Group’s MIA media representation, then from 2004 for Seznam.cz where he held the role of Sales Director for the whole Seznam.cz website between 2009 and 2017. In 2018, he worked on developing and stabilising the global sales team at Estheticon.com.

Libor Berka headed central distribution and manufacturing from 2009. He joined the company in 2000 as a distribution manager, and in 2007 was named Distribution Director. His agenda was expanded, with the post of Director of Manufacturing added to his Distribution Director role, and this was followed by Marketing Director. He headed all three departments until 2018 when company growth led to the role being split into Marketing, Manufacturing and Distribution.

Petr Fryš has held the position of Chief Digital Officer since 2019. He has built up experience in the on-line media world since 2001, holding various positions within both publishers – Seznam.cz, Centrum.cz, and media and communication agencies – MediaCom Praha, Omnicom Media Group.

Gabriela Svianteková has been our Personnel Director since 2010. She joined the company in 2008 as an HR Specialist from the personnel agency, Dieter Strametz & Partner.
